GET TO KNOW YOUR BODY — THE SHOULDERS: FREEDOM & SUPPORT (90 MInutes)
Your shoulders feel freer when the whole girdle works as a team: collar bones, shoulder blades, and upper arms coordinated with ribs and pelvis. We’ll build glide (not grip), organize from your center, and find reach without pinching.
