Have you ever tried to copy perfect alignment instead of sensing what feels right in your body? This 5-day program invites you to return to embodiment—making movement concrete, perceptible, and personal.

You’ll learn to feel where bones and muscles are, how they connect, and how awareness changes your experience of movement. Each day offers a short, guided exploration that you can apply to complement your other movements like Pilates, yoga, strength training, or everyday life.
